WINTER OUTFIT WITH MILITARY ACCENT

Taking inspiration from the military!

It gets cold in London during the fall/winter season. You wouldn't even think about going outside without a coat. That's why, or at least it's my excuse, that you should have a range of coats that exude a sense of style since your clothes will mostly be hidden underneath. Which is why this military-style coat became a quick favorite of mine this winter season. See below on how to get this look!

Double Breasted Military-Style Coat

This coat has a classic lapel collar and features tabs on the shoulder with contrasting buttons, side pockets, and lining with inside pocket. With its gold accents and faux fur collar, that's removable for two different looks, this coat creates a sleek, sophisticated style perfect for keeping you warm and looking epic.

Grey Ribbed Turtleneck

I didn't want to cover up the wonderful coat under a scarf so I choose to instead wear a turtleneck underneath to keep warm. I opted for a light grey tone for a contrasting color to the black and green of the coat. This grey ribbed turtleneck is slim fit so that the jumper fits closer to the body.

Black Trousers

I wore a pair of black trousers for a smart look. Depending your own personal style you can pick which type of trousers you prefer. I tend to lean more on a tailored/slim fit.

Noffo Loafers

I added a pair of black loafers to complete the look. Loafers punctuate tapered trousers and give a sense of masculine elegance to complete the smart look.
